Grounding & Reorienting
Traveling is so much fun. I love exploring new and familiar places, getting some warm weather in the midst of the Oregon winter, and having scheduled playtime. However, coming back home isn’t always easy! In fact, it can feel misaligned, jarring, hectic and overwhelming. But it doesn’t have to! I wanted to share some practices for travel that have been really helpful for me and soothing the anxious feelings while in transition.
