  • What was calling you to this training?

I experienced Brittany’s Breathwork journey years ago, and it changed my life. I knew then that this was the work I wanted to do. I have been on my own personal healing journey for a decade now, and have worked with many modalities, but this one is the fastest acting and most accessible. When the program became an option for me I felt a soul calling that surpassed anything I had ever felt before, a literal pull. There were a lot of things in my way at the time but the feeling never subsided, so I took a leap of faith.

  • What strengths did you bring to this training experience?

An openness and curiosity to the experience, I had little details of what I would learn there but I knew my ability to flow and adventure would take me a long way. I also have a deep love for observing and witnessing people where they are, I have always been drawn to counseling and other healing arts because of this.

  • Can you describe a breakthrough moment you had during the training?

Yes, in the very beginning we did a course on boundaries and I was metaphorically slapped in the face by how little responsibility I was taking in my own life. Constantly wanting to point the finger at the other for making me feel uncomfortable or unsafe, when as an adult woman I have so much more power than I was presenting to the world. This changed the course of my life immediately, and I have a deep reverence for Anahata Ananda for this.

  • What practices or rituals have you adopted to support your breathwork journey?

Holding a consistent practice of meditation and a deep respect for drawing inward. I move slower now, being more present with my own feelings as well as others. Taking the time to move, dance, sing, and breathe.


  • How will you incorporate this work into your life?

I want to share these gifts with the world. I have a deep reverence for personal and spiritual growth and I want to help everyone find their truths and power within. I will be hosting group and personal sessions in Eugene, Oregon as well as tapping into the retreat realms. I cannot wait to share my gifts with you!

Go. All. In. If you feel the call, don’t hesitate! It will be the best thing you ever do for yourself. It is far more than a breathwork training. It will change the way you view yourself in the best ways. I honestly think anyone who is in the healing arts should take this course.
