What is a somatic breathwork ceremony?
A somatic breathwork ceremony is an opportunity for emotional release, energy clearing, and opening new channels of awareness. Participants begin by laying down and breathing deeply. Tools such as music, instruments, fragrant mists, and even hands on adjustments (with consent) may be used to help participants deepen into the experience and receive the most benefit.
What should I bring?

What is sound healing?
Sound healing is a practice that uses vibrations (vocal or instrumental-like gongs, Tibetan singing bowls and tuning forks) in order to relax your mind and body. Some proponents also believe it can relieve certain ailments, including anxiety and insomnia.
